Project Management

This area of instruction provides content for knowledge and skills required in the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) workplace. The demand will continue to expand for students prepared with knowledge of skills in fundamentals, agile product life cycle management and preparation for the DASM and ACP certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Provided with the PMBOK guide, the student is on the path to a career in project management. The student will go through the fundamentals of what it takes to be a Project Manager. This course also includes Ethics and Strategies to manage and develop a team through standards recognized by the Project Management Institute.
