Students will prepare for the CompTIA A+ certification, which is commonly held as the starting point for a career in IT. Content includes: end user support of PC, mobile, and IoT devices, support of basic IT and networking infrastructure, baseline security skills, and troubleshooting core IT services fundamentals.
